Travelers who want Internet access, some of the 360,000 apps that are out there and a touch keypad, AND books seem to opt for the more-expensive iPad ($499), also light and a little larger.<\/p>\n<p>When you&#8217;re on a cruise ship for two weeks, both are great, but seeing iPads in action sold us. There is now an iPad 2 and since we&#8217;re usually a generation behind in computers, we&#8217;d be happy with an iPad 1. There is a small problem. There are none left.<\/p>\n<p>Miloc Lazic, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.celebritycruises.com\/home.do\">Celebrity&#8217;s<\/a> Internet manager on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.celebritycruises.com\/plancruise\/ships\/ship.do;jsessionid=0000whxAuwbZ6DPnXJHW_oCH5Sm:12hdebcnj?shipCode=EC&amp;cS=SIDENAV\">Eclipse<\/a>, shook his head one day at the rampant growth of iThings: &#8220;Laptops replaced computers and iPads are replacing laptops.
