Modified recipe is below, original courtesy of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.suebee.com\/recipes\/recipes_b.asp\">SueBee Honey<\/a>:<br \/>\n<b>HONEY NUT BROWN ALE<\/b><br \/>\n6 pounds light malt extract<br \/>\n2 pounds Pure Honey<br \/>\n250g crystal malt (20L)<br \/>\n250g chocolate malt<br \/>\n125g dark brown sugar<br \/>\n50g East Kent Golding hops (bittering)<br \/>\n12.5g Willamette hops (flavoring)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. Irish Moss<br \/>\n1 package Munton&#8217;s Ale Yeast<br \/>\nProcedure: Steep grains until wort begins to boil. Remove grains. Add extract, brown sugar and East Kent Golding hops. Boil for 1 hour. Add Honey and Willamette hops in last 15 minutes of boil. Cool wort, and pitch yeast. Primary for 7 to 10 days, secondary for 17-21 days.<br \/>\nSeems a little ironic to have an entry that combines running and beer.
