This article, by Andrea Rotondo, who appears to be a cruise expert for a network that most of us didn&#39;t know had one. It&#39;s entitled &quot;9 major events you can attend via cruise ship in 2014&quot; and it&#39;s an interesting read.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The events are from all over the world, and they&#39;re neatly arranged chronologically, from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.australianopen.com\/\">Australian Open<\/a> (tennis) in January to New Year&#39;s<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/cruisingdoneright.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Australian-Open.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Australian Open\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19180\" height=\"329\" src=\"http:\/\/cruisingdoneright.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Australian-Open.jpg\" width=\"650\" \/><\/a><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Eve in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.discoverhongkong.com\/eng\/\">Hong Kong<\/a>. There is more variety in cruise lines &mdash; they&#39;re all different &mdash; than in events, eight of which are either sports events or parties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Then again, aren&#39;t most &quot;events&quot; that you&#39;d go to great lengths to see either sports events or parties?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The range of cruise lines goes from luxury brands like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.silversea.com\/\">Silversea<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crystalcruises.com\/\">Crystal<\/a> <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/cruisingdoneright.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/MardiGras.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"MardiGras\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-19182\" height=\"298\" src=\"http:\/\/cruisingdoneright.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/MardiGras.jpg\" width=\"350\" \/><\/a><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.windstarcruises.com\/\">Windstar<\/a> to some of the mainstream lines, such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carnival.com\/\">Carnival<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.royalcaribbean.com\/home.do\">Royal Caribbean<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.ncl.com\/\">Norwegian<\/a>&hellip;all of which are noted in the same breath as &quot;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mardigrasneworleans.com\/\">Mardis Gras<\/a>&quot; because they all have ships that regularly sail from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neworleansonline.com\/\">New Orleans<\/a>.
