The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fifa.com\/worldcup\/matches\/calendar.html\">2010 World Cup<\/a>, in South Africa, begins June 11 and there will be thousands of soccer fans watching the month-long tournament on cruise ships.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.royalcaribbean.com\/home.do\">Royal Caribbean<\/a>, Celebrity, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azamaraclubcruises.com\/home.do;jsessionid=0000FwuRZmtJ7WgM84KRbFLGunz:12odfrv1v\">Azamara<\/a> and MSC plan to have all 64 games available to guests. That&#8217;s 43 ships in total and a potential audience that exceeds 100,000. Royal Caribbean, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.celebritycruises.com\/home.do\">Celebrity<\/a> and Azamara will broadcast games on cabin TVs, plus featured public lounges and bars. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.msccruises.com\/home.asp\">MSC<\/a>&#8216;s 11 ships will carry the games in bars and dedicated public areas.<\/p>\n<p>Two <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollandamerica.com\/main\/Main.action\">Holland America<\/a> ships, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollandamerica.com\/cruise-vacation-onboard\/Noordam;jsessionid=vG3iYf3FvDCN4r0-LP3rag**.node\">ms Noordam<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollandamerica.com\/cruise-vacation-onboard\/Westerdam\">ms Westerdam<\/a>, will be based in South African ports from June 10 to July 12. <a rel=\"attachment wp-att-1011\" href=\"http:\/\/cruisingdoneright.com\/2010\/05\/well-it-is-called-the-world-cup\/ha-noordam\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1011\" title=\"HA-Noordam\" src=\"http:\/\/cruisingdoneright.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/HA-Noordam-600x218.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"218\" \/><\/a>They were chartered by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oneoceanclub.com\/\">One Ocean Club<\/a> to be &#8220;floatels&#8221; accommodating and shuttling fans from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth to Durban.
